At its manufacturing base, Zhanwang has set aside a large dedicated hands-on training area where training is carried out directly on real compressor packages, skid-mounted systems and supporting equipment. From new project team onboarding to upskilling for in-service packages, the full practice cycle from disassembly drills to troubleshooting can be completed on site.
