Over long-term operation, compressor units can experience rising energy consumption, increased vibration, or performance degradation due to changing operating conditions, equipment aging, and system mismatches. Performance Optimization

Assess unit operating conditions and load distribution, and optimize operating control strategy. Combined with VFD drives, control logic upgrades, and energy consumption benchmarking, we help customers lower specific energy consumption and shorten the payback period.
METHODS
Following ISO 20816-8 and related mechanical vibration assessment standards, we carry out field vibration testing, pulsation analysis, and pipe stress analysis. Retrofits to piping supports, foundation alignment, and skid connections address the root causes of unit vibration.

Based on compressor performance curves, operating parameters, and run records, we adjust and upgrade key elements such as valve configuration, piston rings and packing, lubrication system, and interstage cooling to restore design performance.
